SHIPPING
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight: This is a shipping method that is used for larger quantities of tiles. LTL freight carriers typically have a minimum shipment weight of 150 pounds, so this option is not ideal for smaller orders. LTL carriers will typically pick up the tiles from the supplier and deliver them to a freight terminal or directly to the customer.
How long will it take to ship product?
If you choose ground shipping, which is the most cost-effective option, the transit time is typically between 4-7 business days. This can vary depending on the specific carrier, the distance between the two cities, and any potential delays or issues that may arise during transit.
PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept most payment methods,
Mastercard, Visa, Amex, E-Transfer, and cheques. Once all payments are made in full then we can release all material to the customer in form of pick up or delivery if paid upfront.
Order & Retunrs
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order either in person with any rep available or you can email your selections with squarefootage to [email protected] and we can get back to you within 1 business day.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You cannot make any changes nor cancel any special orders that is placed out of calgary. If the order is in stock at the store prescense then we can switch out for another prodcut or give you a refund. Other wise majority sales are final unless stated on your invoice.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you don't need an account to place an order, however if you are looking to open an account you can providing a gst number corsponding with a valid business to get further discounts.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can only return product that was in stock purchased within two weeks of pick up and only in full boxes. All specail orders are FINAL SALE.
